We offer a wide range of services including help with daily tasks, cleaning, meal preparation, bathing and hygiene assistance, medication reminders, and non-medical transportation. Our team of trained professionals will work with you and your family to create a personalized care plan that meets your unique needs.
Our caregivers are experienced, compassionate, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our clients. They undergo rigorous training and background checks to ensure they are qualified to provide the care you need.

The Indiana PathWays for Aging Waiver is a Medicaid program that helps eligible older adults receive care and support services in their home or community instead of a nursing facility. Services may include personal care, companionship, assistance with daily activities, and transportation.
To qualify, an individual generally must:
Be 60 years of age or older
Be an Indiana resident
Meet Medicaid financial eligibility
Require a nursing-facility level of care, as determined by the state
Yes. The PathWays Waiver is a Medicaid program, so individuals must qualify for Medicaid to receive waiver-covered services. Some families choose to use private pay services while waiting for Medicaid approval.
The PathWays Waiver application process begins by contacting Indiana's Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC). In central Indiana, this is often done through CICOA. After applying, a care manager is assigned to help guide the process, complete assessments, and coordinate services.
Yes. You may select an approved provider that best fits your needs and preferences.

We provide non-medical in-home care services designed to support independence, safety and quality of life. Services may include personal care, companionship, medication reminders, assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and transportation.
For Indiana PathWays Waiver participants, these services may fall under attendant care or homemaker service categories, depending on the individual care plan.
Yes. We proudly serve both Indiana PathWays Waiver participants and private pay clients. This allows us to support individuals who qualify for Medicaid as well as those who prefer to pay privately for care.
Absolutely. Every client's needs are different. Services are tailored on individual preferences, care plans, and scheduling needs. Care plans can also be adjusted as needs change over time.
All Assisted Care Living Solutions caregivers are carefully screened, background checked and trained to provide high-quality care that meets our client's unique needs. We prioritize professionalism, respect, and client safety in every service we provide.
No. Our services are non-medical and non-emergency. We do not provide medical treatment, skilled nursing, or emergency transportation. In the event of an emergency, 911 should be contacted.
Getting started is simple. You can contact us to schedule an initial consultation. We will discuss your needs, explain available services, and help determine whether PathWays waiver or private pay services are the best fit.
Yes. Many families choose to begin services using private pay while the Pathways Waiver application is being processed. Once approved, services may be transitioned to waiver-covered care if eligible.
